Dear BUMC,
I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for your love and support over the past four years. I am leaving my position as Director of Communication at the end of July to pursue my Master's degree in Counseling at LSU Shreveport.
Broadmoor has been my home church since birth, and from Children’s Ministry to Youth Ministry to my employment, the congregation has generously supported my personal growth and spiritual journey. Without the encouragement of the church, I never would have developed the confidence to take this next step in my education and career, and for that I am forever grateful.
Beginning a new chapter is a little scary, but I’m extremely excited to pursue my passion for helping others within the realm of mental and emotional health.
Thank you to the staff, clergy, and congregation for a great experience!
