UMW | 150th Anniversary Celebration
This is a special year as we count down to our 150th Anniversary in 2019.  We will hold a special day of celebration as a kick off in our Louisiana Conference. We are celebrating nearly 150 years of putting faith, hope, and love into action as women organized for mission.

Forms are at the Welcome Center.
Gathering begins at 10:00 AM; lunch will be provided. Event will end mid afternoon.  There will be many interesting speakers, special choir music, games, and other activities.
2018 UMW Mission studies will be held on the following dates:

February 16:  Social Action will be held at First UMC Shreveport called Stand Down for Homeless. They are collecting hygiene kits & eyeglasses for children.  8 am - 2 pm
February 17: 4 hour Mission Study Covenant Community at Plain Dealing UMC. 9 am Leader: Peggy Evans
February 21: 2 hour Mission Study Part 1, Climate Justice: Butterflies, Bees, and the  American Farmer 1st UMC at 411, 2nd Street, Natchitoches, LA 714571:00 PM Speaker: Judy McIntyre

March 21: 2 hour Mission Study Part 2, Climate Justice: Butterflies, Bees, and the American Farmer.  1st UMC at 411 2nd Street, Natchitoches, LA 71457  1:00 PM
