Weekly Fitness Classes

S3: Stretch, Strengthen and Scripture
Stretch, Strengthen and Scripture class is held every Thursday at 9:00 a.m. in Pearce Hall. This class is a combination of yoga, Pilates, and classic exercise.  We engage in total body exercise and specifically target the core, arms and legs in our strength and stretch portions of the class. The only equipment required is a yoga mat and water. Each week we focus on a meditation scripture that is applicable to our lives.  

CO: Chairobics
Chairobics meets every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 10:00 a.m. in Pearce Hall. Although we start out in chairs, we do not stay there for long! This class is a combination of low impact exercise andstrengthening routines with an emphasis on improving balance, posture, bone and muscle strength, and endurance.  

FF: Fundamental Fitness (NEW!)
Fundamental Fitness is a new exercise program that will begin the first week of April. Classes will be held Monday and Thursday at 5:30 p.m. Location TBA. This class will focus on strengthening and low impact cardio. No equipment is necessary.
