Zumba classes take the "work" out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check. Zumba is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Stretch, Strength & Scripture
Stretch, Strength and Scripture is a fitness class that incorporates the disciplines of yoga, Pilates, traditional exercise, flexibility and low impact cardio set in a Christian atmosphere. Prayer, scripture and meditation will be incorporated into each session. Led by Christi Oden, a Personal Trainer and former PE teacher and cross country coach.
Thursday mornings from 9:00-10:00 in Pearce Hall
Chairobics is a very low-impact cardio and gentle strengthening class where all exercises are completed from a seated position. Ideal for senior adults! Led by Christi Oden, a Personal Trainer and former PE teacher and cross country coach.
Tuesday & Thursday mornings from 10:00-45 in Pearce Hall
Join us for a weekly game of Pickleball, is a fun game for all ages. Played with a paddle on a court or in the yard, Pickleball is a cross between badminton, tennis, and ping-pong.
Monday evenings at 7:00 in the gym

Read and discuss a new book each month with friends! Book Chats are facilitated by Nancy Beauvais and open to all.

MORE THAN A MOM
All moms need to connect with other moms! This summer we have some great programs planned for our Moms’ group! We will be meeting on Wednesdays from 9:00-11:00 a.m. in Room 200. We will begin each session with a few exercises that are easy to do and will help you tone up led by our very own Christi Oden. Register at the Welcome Center or with Laura Vaughan firstname.lastname@example.org or 318.861.0586. Child Care is provided and it would be helpful when you register to please let us know names and ages of your child(ren). Pick up a weekly schedule of events at the Welcome Center or online here!
