MONDAY, MAY 4THGenesis 1:27-31.  What does the Bible mean in verse 27?  What does this say about the relationship between man and woman in God’s eyes?  Pray for a view of others as God sees them.

 

TUESDAY, MAY 5THGenesis 2:18-25.  What do you think is the purpose for this second creation account?  Pray that you are a suitable helper, male or female, to give love and support to those you love.

 

WEDNESDAY, MAY 6TH2 Corinthians 1:3-5.  What are we to do with the comfort we receive from God?  Pray that the Spirit would lead you to someone who needs the kind of comfort you have received in your life.

 

THURSDAY, MAY 7THIsaiah 66:13. How does Isaiah say God is like a mother?  Take a few moments to rest in God’s arms today.

 

FRIDAY, MAY 8THIsaiah 49:13-16.  Know today that God has not and will never forget you and all that is happening in your life.  Praise God for God’s faithfulness.

 

SATURDAY, MAY 9TH – Psalm 91:3-6. Meditate on how God has nurtured and protected you.  Praise God for God’s nurturing care.
